A 6/8" Restored Victorian Thomas Turner Razor
A Sheffield made razor is always a joy. One made by a Victorian maker like Thomas Turner, is special too. Probably made during the 1880s, this razor is engraved The Favourite.
This razor is 6/8" Round Pointed and full-hollow ground. Examples of Sheffield made full hollows rarely come better than this one: dependable, smooth and steady. This would suit a novice or an experienced straight razor shaver.
The Favourite could well be your favourite razor. Ever.
A razor to cherish. A beauty that elegantly sits in its olive wood scales.
The scales and spacer are handmade by me; made of olive wood with a buffalo horn spacer. The colour of the scales is rich - a razor to shave with and stare at! The razor itself was wonderfully ground by a Sheffield craftsman.

My share of the profits will be donated to a Foodbank - everyone wins.
